Master rapper and Grammy winner, Lil Wayne (real name Dwayne Carter) will begin a one-year jail sentence on Feb. 9, 2010 after he pleaded guilty to felony gun charges in Manhattan Criminal Court earlier this year. The police found a gun on his tourbus.

The prison date comes just over one week after the proposed launch of his much-delayed new rock album 'Rebirth', premieres Feb. 1.
