"Kourtney just delivered a healthy baby boy about an hour ago," her publicist said about the baby. Kourtney, whose rocky relationship with Scott featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, admitted the pregnancy was unplanned, but the couple were excited about becoming parents.

 The whole Kardashian family joined Kourtney and Disick for a hospital scan to find out the sex of the baby on Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
