Rihanna headed to the official album release party for 'Rated R' at  the Juliet nightclub, New York. Rihanna really made sure all eyes were trained on her in this attention-grabber of an outfit. Rihanna was seen wearing Phillipe Blond’s dress exposing her cleavage.

Meanwhile, Rihanna’s “Rated R” is said to sell less than 200.000 units in its first week in the United States. This is not what the fans expected, but don’t forget that “Good Girl Gone Bad,” her previous album, has sold 2.5 million units in the US and more than 7.5 million worldwide, and it sold 165.000 units in its first week in the US.
