The actor was arrested after police received a 911 call from his Hollywood Hills home following an argument between him and his girlfriend. Togo’s girlfriend was injured but did not require emergency medical assistance.
The 32-year-old, from Massachusetts known for his role on CSI Miami as 'Ryan Wolfe' is the writer and director of the web based series “My Best Friend Is My Penis”.
Togo was released later on Saturday after posting $50,000 bail.
